Returns & Exchanges
At Scent Split, we strive to ensure your olfactory journey is exceptional; however, due to the sanitary nature of fragrance products and decants, we can only accept returns on unopened full-sized bottles and defective items within 30 days.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is a full-sized bottle in its original, sealed cellophane packaging or that the product arrived damaged or defective.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package the item in its original box and include the RMA form before shipping it back to our processing facility using a tracked service.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
