Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic. We decant the perfume directly from the original manufacturer bottles into our custom spray vials.

A decant is a smaller sized vial or bottle filled with a specific amount of fragrance from the original bottle, allowing you to sample luxury scents without committing to a full-sized purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on fragrance samples or decants. Please ensure you select your scents carefully.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged or leaking, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement for you.
